SMS credits by country
The SMS allowance on every ScanQueue plan is counted in credits. A text to most countries uses 1 credit. Carriers in some countries charge much more to deliver a text, so a text to a phone number in those countries uses more credits, as listed below.
WhatsApp messages are not affected: each WhatsApp message counts as one message, whatever the country.

Our SMS provider cannot deliver texts to phone numbers in these countries, so notifications to them are sent by WhatsApp only.

Good to know
- The country is taken from the phone number the customer enters, not from where your business is.
- SMS credits and WhatsApp allowances reset monthly with your billing cycle.
- Carrier prices change, so this list can change too. This page always shows the credits in use today.
