Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
No setup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan.
SMS and WhatsApp allowances reset monthly. If you hit your limit, upgrade your plan to unlock more.
WhatsApp notifications are included in every paid plan. Essential includes 800/month, Growth 1,000/month, Pro 2,000/month, and Enterprise 7,000/month. WhatsApp resets monthly with your billing cycle. Essential also includes 25 SMS/month used only as automatic fallback when WhatsApp can't deliver.
Each customer can receive up to 3 notifications — join confirmation, ready alert, and called to serve. The number of notifications per customer is configurable in your settings. Your notification allowance depends on how many you enable per customer.
Voice Notifications are an optional add-on that calls customers when it's their turn. Starter includes 10 calls. Growth + Voice ($129/mo) includes 300 calls, Pro + Voice ($349/mo) includes 700 calls. Once you hit your monthly call allowance, calls stop being placed until your billing cycle resets — upgrade for more.
