QR code check-in
Joining a queue by scanning a printed or on-screen QR code — no app download required.
Walkaway rate
The percentage of customers who leave before being served, usually due to long waits.
Service time
Average duration a staff member spends serving a single customer, used to estimate waits.
Two-way WhatsApp
Customers reply STATUS to check their position or LEAVE to exit the queue — no app download required.
Queue position
A customer's current rank in line, updated in real time as others are served or cancel.
